The Emmy winning cop drama would run for 7 seasons with 125 episodes. 1984 – March 24th, the date that a brain, an athlete, a basketcase, a princess, and a criminal were forced to spend an entire Saturday in detention together in the iconic film The Breakfast Club. 1985 – “Southern Accents” from Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers was released, peaking at number 7 on the charts. 1986 – “5150” from Van Halen was released. The album would quickly climb to number 1 on the Billboard charts much thanks to mega hit “Why Can’t This Be Love.”
