Australian indie rock band Jet have just released their first new songs in 15 years, the single “Hurry Hurry” and its corresponding B-side, “Un’avventura.” Earlier this year, Jet revealed that they were currently working on a long-awaited follow-up to their 2009 album, Shaka Rock, with plans for a 2025 release for the new record. “‘Hurry Hurry’ is our first single in 15 years and a little appetizer while we continue to work on our upcoming album,” said Jet frontman Nic Cester. “We’ve been playing ‘Hurry Hurry’ live with a great response from our fans in Australia, we’re really looking forward to debuting it live at our overseas shows in Italy, the UK and the US.”

Jet have been on the road touring in support of the 20th anniversary of their platinum-selling 2003 debut album, Get Born, which featured the radio hits, “Are You Gonna Be My Girl” and “Cold Hard Bitch.”  The European/UK leg of their tour kicks off on September 26 in Milan, Italy, followed by a quick run of US dates that gets underway with a two-night stand at the Bowery Ballroom in New York City on October 14 and 15.
