This week in 80’s History!

It’s time to take a look back at this week in 80’s history! It was on this week in:

1981 – The first of many Halloween sequels was released as Halloween II premiered in theaters.

1981 – Exit…Stage Left by Rush was released. This live album would peak at #6 on the Billboard Charts.

1984 – The world would learn to Relax as Frankie Goes to Hollywood would release Welcome to the Pleasuredome. The hit Relax would actually find itself banned by the BBC for it’s “suggestive lyrics”.

1987 – George Michael would release Faith, his debut solo album that would climb to #1 on the Billboard charts!
