Autism Awareness Day on April 2nd. What started as a day for famous
landmarks to turn their lights blue to shine a bright light on autism,
has turned into an annual blue movement that lasts the entire month
of April and reaches millions of individuals around the world.

The Principal Charity Classic is an exciting, family-friendly event that greatly contributes to the economic vitality and quality of life in central Iowa and 95KGGO is a proud partner. The 2015 Principal Charity Classic will take place at Wakonda Club, 3915 Fluer Drive in Des Moines.
The event attracts a strong field of professional players such as Tom Lehman, Fuzzy Zoeller, Fred Funk, Jay Haas, and Mark Calcavecchia. Massive galleries lend a level of excitement that makes this tournament one of the finest stops on the Champions Tour. Best of all, The Principal Charity Classic serves as a catalyst in raising money for local nonprofit organizations supporting children. In the past seven years, the event has donated$6 million to children’s charities.
